<Diesel engine

1. The diesel generator set combines the performance advantages of various brands diesel engines in a specific power range based on the different power grades.

2. The selected engine has excellent flow performance and special attention is paid to the technological advancement of the engine in reducing exhaust emissions, fuel consumption, and noise control.

 

<Generator

1. The generator uses a single-bearing brushless self-exciting alternating current generator with international famous brand performance.

2. The stator is wound with 2/3 slot pitch, which can effectively eliminate the voltage of the third harmonic and suppress the waveform distortion of the output voltage. When connected to the power grid or other generators in parallel, it can effectively suppress excessive neutral line current and reduce magnetic field heating.

3. It is a four-pole brushless self-exciting type with single bearing, H-grade insulation, and IP22 protection level.

4. The rotor is subject to dynamic balance testing before assembly, and the perfect damping winding helps reduce voltage fluctuations under non-constant load.

5. The output power of the exciter motor rotor is transmitted to the main motor rotor through a three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier. The rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor to prevent damage caused by shocks such as short circuits or phase loss during parallel operation.

6. The automatic voltage regulator (AVR) has an automatic load shedding feature that protects the engine and allows a full load to be applied to the generator at once. The stable voltage regulation rate can achieve ±1% (special requirements can meet 0.5%).

7. If a permanent magnet generator excitation (PMG) system is selected, the generator has high motor starting capacity.
